This cartoon by Mike Keefe from The Denver Post is a comment on Google's admission that it has been collecting and keeping private information obtained via its camera vehicles capturing images for Street View content. Google said that they had done this by "accident", but others claim it was a conspiracy and an invasion of privacy. You can watch a Newsy Video about this story here.
EXPLANATION
The cartoonist has cleverly changed the meaning of the verb 'to google'. Normally, if you google someone or something, you type their name into Google's search engine. According to the cartoon, however, being googled now means having your privacy invaded by all sorts of data collection devices (cameras, satellites, microphones, etc.)
