This cartoon by Steve Bell from the The Guardian is a comment on the official response to the disclosure by WikiLeaks of thousands of classified US diplomatic cables. The UK government says that WikiLeaks is threatening national security. Meanwhile, the US has written to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange warning him that the release of classified state department documents is against US law and will put "countless" lives at risk.
The cartoon shows dozens of warplanes in formation spelling out "WIKILEAKS THEY'RE PUTTING LIVES AT RISK'. The irony is that the planes are a much greater threat to people's lives (in Iraq and Afghanistan, for example) than any leaked documents could possibly be.
